II. Essay Requirements
1. Full paper
(1) The complete manuscript must be an unpublished original work, and multiple submissions of the same manuscript are strictly prohibited.
(2) The complete paper must be strictly written in Chinese and English according to the template provided on the conference website (https://ccld2025.c2.org.cn). The complete Chinese and English papers generally should not exceed 12 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
(3) Authors are solely responsible for the content of their submissions and must ensure that the paper does not involve military or state secrets. A copyright transfer agreement must be submitted with the manuscript, as detailed on the conference website.
2. Extended Abstract
(1) The long abstract aims to share outstanding research findings. Published content may also be submitted, and it must include the research background and significance, main research work, experiments or simulations, and conclusions.
(2) Please use the template provided on the conference website to write your Chinese and English papers, with the abstract generally not exceeding 4 pages.
(3) Long abstract papers will be included in the proceedings but will not be indexed in EI, CNKI, etc. The registration fee for long abstract papers is the same as that for regular submissions.
3. Papers must be submitted online via the conference submission system (https://tg.c2.org.cn). All accepted papers will not be returned, regardless of acceptance. Authors are requested to retain a copy for their records. Your understanding is appreciated.
4. Papers accepted for this conference will be officially published by Springer (EI-indexed), while Chinese papers will be published as conference proceedings. Outstanding English papers may be recommended for publication in prestigious journals including *The Innovation*, *Research*, *Computational Intelligence*, *International Journal of Fuzzy Systems*, *International Journal of General Systems*, *Chinese Journal of Information Fusion*, and *Frontiers of Big Data*. Excellent Chinese papers may be recommended for publication in core Chinese journals such as *Journal of Command and Control*, *Journal of Intelligent Systems*, *Data Acquisition and Processing*, *Science and Technology Bulletin*, *Computer Science*, *Computer Science and Exploration*, *Computer Engineering and Applications*, *Computer Engineering*, *Journal of National University of Defense Technology*, *Journal of Nanjing University of Science and Technology*, *Journal of Nanjing University*, and *Journal of Zhengzhou University*.
5. Authors are requested to indicate the target journals for recommendation in the upper left corner of the first page of the submitted manuscript, with a maximum of three journals per paper. Prior to publication in each journal, authors must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers 'comments and the journal's requirements. Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference.
