2nd China Conference on Large Foundation Model and Decision Intelligence (CCLD 2025)", hosted by the Chinese Institute of Command and Control(CICC) and jointly organized by the CICC Technical Committee on Large Models and Decision Intelligence, the CICC Technical Committee on Intelligent Command and Control Systems Engineering, the CICC Technical Committee on Intelligent Decision-Making and Wargaming, the College of Systems Engineering at the National University of Defense Technology (National Key Laboratory of Big Data and Decision, National Key Laboratory of Information Systems Engineering), the Suzhou Aerospace Information Research Institute, and Nanjing University (Suzhou Campus), will be held in Suzhou from December 4 to 6, 2025. Concurrently, the 9th National Wargaming Competition and related forum exchange activities will be held. The conference aims to gather experts and scholars from domestic universities, research institutes, industrial departments, and companies to discuss and exchange academic and engineering issues related to large models, decision intelligence, and wargame. This conference features an original call for papers in both Chinese and English.
